I’m Yous, a Montreal-based photographer working in both 35mm film and digital.
My work moves between live moments and directed sessions, including behind-the-scenes coverage, music recording sessions, club events, sports and portraits. I’m drawn to environments where energy, emotion and connection exist naturally.
Film plays an important role in how I see and document the world. I’m interested in raw feeling, nostalgia, and the quiet details that shape a moment. Whether working live or in a more structured setting, I focus on presence and trust, allowing moments to unfold honestly.
In my portrait work, intimacy is central. Each session is approached as a quiet collaboration, creating space for people to feel comfortable, present and seen. These moments often become a way for people to better understand themselves, capturing not only how they look, but how they feel within the frame.
I work closely with artists, creatives and individuals to create images that feel natural, personal and lived in.
